In our vineyard located in Ribeira Sacra, Mencía grapes reign supreme as the predominant variety. This grape brought by the romans, is perfectly suited to the region's climatic and geographical conditions, resulting in the production of red wines with exceptional quality and character.

GODELLO & MORE
In our vineyard, we also have other grape varieties that are equally important to us. Among them is our beloved Godello and some native vines that we are still in the process of identifying. Additionally, we also have a selection of Garnacha, Tempranillo, and Jerez, which we combine to create our unique field blend. We are proud to offer a variety of grapes that reflect the diversity of the region and combine to create wines with great character and complexity.
NEW VINES
Current grape growing methods can harm the vine's natural evolution and resistance to disease and changing climates. We want to grow our own vines from seed to cultivate grapevines that are better adapted to our local environment. This is a more sustainable and natural approach that promotes healthier vines and high-quality wine production.
